1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of the assistance services offered by Michi: preparation, review, submission and tracking of the official driving licence translation request with JAF, then delivery of the translation to the customer.
2. Plans and prices
Two plans are offered: Standard (€59.90 per licence — official translation, konbini printing in Japan, indicative 4 to 7 days) and Priority (€79.90 per licence — priority processing, PDF within 72 hours). Prices include all taxes and JAF fees.
3. Order
The order is confirmed after online payment is validated. The customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided and the quality of the documents submitted. A unique order number is assigned and communicated by email.
4. Timelines
Timelines run from full validation of the file (legible, compliant documents). The 72-hour commitment of the Priority plan applies to PDF availability, subject to a compliant file and JAF business days.
5. Withdrawal and cancellation
The customer may cancel the order and obtain a full refund as long as the file has not been submitted to JAF. In accordance with applicable consumer law, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised once the service has been fully performed with the customer's agreement.
6. Liability
Michi commits to a reinforced obligation of means in processing files. Michi cannot be held liable for a refusal of issuance by JAF based on a non-compliant document provided by the customer, nor for the consequences of incorrect information entered by the customer.
7. Disputes
