2. Data collected
To process your order: identity, contact details, driving licence information and photos of both sides of the licence. For payment: card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to perform the contract (obtaining the JAF translation), to comply with our legal obligations (invoicing) and, with your consent, to send information useful to your trip.
4. Retention
Photos of your licence are automatically deleted from our systems after the order is finalised, at the latest 90 days after delivery. Invoicing data is kept for the legally required periods.
5. Recipients
Your data is shared only with strictly necessary third parties: JAF (issuing the translation), Stripe (payment), our host and our transactional email provider. No sale or rental of data.
6. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Exercise them by email at hello@michidrive.com. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or the FDPIC (Switzerland).
7. Security
Your documents are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is strictly limited to the team members handling your file.
